We offer several private suites ranging in size from 80-200 sqft with competitive pricing. All suites are fully customizable allowing business professionals complete freedom to create a space that fits their needs.
We offer a 12 month lease - 1st Month Free
Our suites are ideal for Estheticians, Waxers, Nail Technicians, Permanent Makeup Artists, Tattoo Artists, Massage Therapists, Lash/Brow Artists, Cosmetic Injectors, Spray Tanning, and Laser Technicians.

Austin and Soleya Pippin are Springfield locals who understand what it feels like to take a step of faith in a new venture. With years of experience in the beauty industry as a cosmetic nurse, Soleya dreamed of one day opening her own spa suites location that can offer customizable private suites to other businesses like her own. When the opportunity to launch The Spa Suites presented itself, they had to take it.
